Activate your plan.

Bought Basic or Premium? Activating takes under a minute.

  1. Install Fileloom. Add the extension from the Chrome Web Store and pin it to your toolbar.
  2. Find your licence key. After paying, Lemon Squeezy emails you a receipt that contains your licence key. Copy the key.
  3. Paste it into Fileloom. Click the Fileloom icon, then Upgrade (or the gear icon). Choose I already have a licence key, paste your key and press Activate.
  4. You’re done. Basic or Premium unlocks straight away. Fileloom re-checks your licence automatically, so renewals, cancellations and refunds are applied without you doing anything.
Can’t find your key? Search your inbox for the Lemon Squeezy receipt, or open the order from the link in that email. The licence key is shown on the order page. Keep it private: anyone who has it can use your plan.

Moving to another browser

A key can be active on a limited number of browsers. To move it, open Fileloom → Settings → Deactivate on this browser, then activate it on the new one.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically through Lemon Squeezy. If a plan ends or is refunded, Fileloom returns to the Free plan on its own. Renew any time to restore it. If you are briefly offline, your plan keeps working for up to 7 days.
